1. General Policy

MJARET is an open access journal that charges a nominal Article Processing Charge (APC) only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. The APC covers editorial processing, DOI registration, online hosting, and long-term archiving.

2. No Refund After Publication

Once the APC has been paid and the article is published online, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Author withdrawal after publication
Retractions due to ethical violations (e.g., plagiarism or data manipulation)
Dissatisfaction with editorial decisions or peer review outcomes

3. Duplicate Payments

In the case of accidental duplicate payments, the excess amount will be refunded after proper verification and bank confirmation.

4. Withdrawal Before Payment

If the author decides to withdraw the manuscript before making the APC payment, no charges apply and no refund process is necessary.

5. Technical Errors

If payment was made due to a technical error or payment gateway failure, please contact the editorial office immediately. Refunds will be issued after proper validation.
