Authors Guidelines for MJARET

Multidisciplinary Journal of Advanced Research in Engineering and Technology

1.0 Overview

Thank you for considering the Multidisciplinary Journal of Advanced Research in Engineering and Technology (MJARET) for your manuscript submission. These author guidelines provide essential information to support you in preparing and submitting your manuscript. Adhering to these guidelines will help streamline the review and publication process. 2.0 Preparation Checklist

Before submitting your manuscript, please ensure the following:

  • ORCID ID: All authors, or at minimum the corresponding author, must have a valid Open Researcher and Contributor ID (ORCID). Register at https://orcid.org.
  • Author Details: Full names, academic titles, email addresses, phone numbers, affiliations, and postal addresses for all authors.
  • Original Work: Manuscript must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  • File Format: Submit in Microsoft Word (.docx) format only. PDF not accepted.
  • Citation Style: Follow IEEE referencing style. All references must be cited in-text and listed at the end.
  • Formatting: Use Times New Roman, 12 pt, double-spaced. Embed all figures/tables in the text with appropriate captions.
  • Abstract and Keywords: Include an abstract (max. 250 words) and 4–6 keywords.
  • Word Limit: Maximum 8000 words (excluding references).

Note: Non-compliance may result in desk rejection.

3.0 How to Submit

3.1 Email Submission

Email your manuscript to editor@mjaret.com
Subject Line: “MJARET Submission – [Your Manuscript Title]”
Include a short cover message with your full name, institutional affiliation, and contact number. Attach your manuscript as a Word file.

3.2 Online Submission Portal

Visit: www.mjaret.com/submit
Register or log in to upload your manuscript. Ensure all metadata is correctly filled.

4.0 Manuscript Structure and Formatting

  • Title Page: Title, authors' names and affiliations, and corresponding author details.
  • Abstract: Summary (max. 250 words).
  • Keywords: 4–6 keywords.
  • Main Sections:
    • Introduction
    • Literature Review (optional)
    • Materials and Methods
    • Results and Discussion
    • Conclusion
  • Acknowledgments: (if applicable)
  • Conflict of Interest Statement
  • References: IEEE format

Figures and tables must be embedded with captions and referenced appropriately.

5.0 Ethical Considerations

  • Ethical Approval: Required for human/animal studies. Include reference number or clearance certificate.
  • Conflict of Interest: Disclose financial or personal relationships.
  • Data Availability: Specify how supporting data can be accessed.

7.0 Review and Publication Process

  • Peer Review: Double-blind peer review by at least two experts.
  • Revision Policy: Authors must submit revisions within 14 days.
  • Publication Fee:
    • Indian Authors: ₹1500 INR per accepted article
    • International Authors: $50 USD per accepted article

8.0 Post-Publication Policies

  • Corrections: Notify editorial team of any post-publication errors. Corrections will be issued if required.
  • Retractions: COPE guidelines will be followed in case of plagiarism, duplication, or ethical issues.
  • Copyright & License: All published work is licensed under CC BY 4.0 allowing free use with attribution.

9.0 Submission Timeline

MJARET accepts submissions on a rolling basis. Authors can submit manuscripts throughout the year—no specific deadlines.
