Abstract

A facility is a duty that entails a broad variety of day-to-day responsibilities in the hospitality industry. As a result,
customer happiness and security must be assured, which is a difficult job. The Internet of Things (IoT) is a universe
that connects people, data, processes, and physical objects. The major goal of this title is to identify the many jobs that
are crucial for facilities management in the hotel industry, as well as the abilities that are required to fulfil those tasks
effectively. In the hotel industry, IoT ideas are highly valuable for meeting obstacles and attempting to uncover new
possibilities, as well as connecting with consumers. Customers in the hotel industry want greater consistency and a
high level of service quality. The Internet of Things (IoT) aids in the improvement of hotel operations. Incorporating
an IoT system into the hotel industry offers for better customer service and increased efficiency. IoT has many practical
uses in numerous sectors, but because of its hands-on experience, IoT in the hotel business will delight clients even
more. In the hotel sector, IoT is used to add'smartness' through delivering value to customers and improving corporate
operations.
