Abstract

The research sought to determine the living circumstances and emotional quotient of the female police officers in Puducherry Union Territory (UT). The data came from 290 female police officers in Puducherry (UT). Utilizing the Census Survey Method, data were examined. The data was gathered using a questionnaire approach. The Schutte Emotional Intelligence Scale (Schutte et al. 1998) was used to test emotional intelligence and the personal information sheet was utilised to collect demographic data.
