1. Article Processing Charges (APC)

MJARET is an open access journal. Authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) only after the manuscript is accepted for publication.

Indian Authors: ₹1500 INR
International Authors: $50 USD

No charges are applied during submission or peer review. APCs support editorial processing, peer review management, DOI registration, open access hosting, and long-term archiving.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure modes of payment:

Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS)
UPI Payments (for Indian authors)
International Wire Transfer or PayPal (for foreign authors – on request)

Detailed payment instructions are provided after manuscript acceptance via official editorial communication.

3. Payment Confirmation

Authors must email the payment confirmation (transaction ID or screenshot) to editor@mjaret.com. The editorial office will acknowledge receipt and finalize article scheduling.

4. Currency and Conversion

International authors must ensure that the amount paid reflects the full APC in USD after conversion charges. Any shortfall in payment due to exchange rates or bank fees must be cleared before publication.

5. Invoices and Receipts

Official invoices are issued upon request after manuscript acceptance. Payment receipts will be emailed to the corresponding author once the payment is verified.

6. Refund and Cancellation

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details. No refunds are offered once an article is published.

7. Fraud Warning

Authors should only make payments to official accounts shared by the MJARET editorial office. Do not respond to third-party payment requests. MJARET is not responsible for fraudulent payments made to unauthorized agents.
